Families have a number of things to accomplish and we're here to help parents and caregivers that need support and services for their young family members. We create experience for you and your family to help you maintain a healthy scalp, preserve moisturized hair and learn the basics of natural hair care!
Education + STYLING PHILOSOPHY
Everything starts with a virtual consultation first to determine the best service for your child. We require parents or caregivers to stay with any children under the age of 18 and we encourage adults (and children old enough) to actively engage by asking questions and observing our stylists during our Wash & Workshop service. Our stylists are happy to explain their techniques and offer recommendations for simple routines for parents or caregivers to do at home. We're happy to educate on the following:
Product education and recommendations from our retail boutique
Style recommendations based on length and condition of natural hair
Demonstrations on how to shampoo hair, apply product and style
We style gently because it's critical to protect the integrity of a young child's scalp as they are still growing. Our styling techniques are focused on the health of the scalp, preserving hair and providing a style that builds confidence in young girls and boys.
