I’m not going to the grocery stores often these days and if I am I focus on non perishable foods. That means a lot of non-fresh food like canned tuna, dry goods, packaged goods. But I decided that I wasn’t going to allow eating fresh and eating healthy to be mutually exclusive. I can be healthy AND eat what non perishables.
